About Rhea
Hi, I'm Rhea - a London-based Personal Trainer, Mum and founder of Move with Rhea. I'm also the founder of One Element Docklands, an outdoor fitness community built around bringing people together through movement, fitness and connection.
After 10 years working in Finance, I took the leap to pursue my passion for fitness full-time and build communities where people feel welcomed, encouraged and motivated.
I believe movement is a privilege and that exercise should be something you enjoy. Over the years, my work has naturally grown into women's health, pregnancy & postpartum training and mums & babies sessions. Becoming a mum myself has only strengthened my passion for supporting women through this stage of life, giving me a first-hand understanding of the changes that come with pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
Most recently, I've trained as a baby massage instructor, allowing me to support mums and little ones through movement, connection and those precious early months together.

A bit more about me
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, from competing in university sports teams to completing the London Marathon - experiences that strengthened my belief in what our bodies are capable of and the positive impact movement can have on our lives.
โ
While I continue to run One Element Docklands, Move with Rhea is my dedicated space to support women through every stage of life. Whether you're looking to build strength, return to exercise after having a baby, or simply find a way to move that fits your lifestyle, I'm here to help.
โ
Creating welcoming, no-judgement spaces where you feel supported, confident and part of a community has always been at the heart of everything I do.

My mission is simple: to help you find movement you enjoy, build strength and confidence, and create healthy habits that last.
