How I Can Help

MOVE WITH RHEA APPROACH
β
Fitness that fits real life.
β
Your body, your goals and your life are unique — your training should be too.
No judgement. No one-size-fits-all plans. Just thoughtful, effective training that works for you.
Hi, I'm Rhea.
A London based Personal trainer, mum and someone who genuinely believes that movement can change how you feel — physically and mentally.
β
After spending 10 years working in Finance, I made the leap into fitness and haven't looked back.
β
I've coached people through different stages of life — from building strength and fitness, to training for races, through pregnancy, postpartum and the very real juggle of motherhood.
β
Becoming a mum myself has given me an even greater understanding of how much life can change — and how important it is for exercise to work with you, not against you.
β
Move With Rhea brings together everything I love about coaching — strength, fitness, movement, confidence and community — in a way that feels personal and enjoyable.

Alongside Move With Rhea, I also run One Element Docklands — an outdoor group fitness community built around great workouts, good people and a strong sense of community.
β
From beginners to regular runners and everyone in between, it's a place to get fitter, challenge yourself and be part of a welcoming community.

![How I prepare for a run ππ½ββοΈ
The things I always take with me, the little things that make running more enjoyable, and a few very specific preferences π
Running vest @mileoffrunning βοΈ
Headphones @shokzuk βοΈ
Electrolytes @humantra βοΈ
Keys in the tightest pocket βοΈ
Postpartum hairsβ¦ βοΈπ
Then a quick warm-up, 1km laps of the park (yes, I know π) and the post run high.
Whatβs one thing you always take on a run?
